The weather this time of year is weird. One day it’s 80, the next it’s 50. And of all things, I think shoes are the hardest to transition from season to season. It’s usually too hot to wear tall boots but too cold to wear flip flops. So, what’s a gal to do? Here’s what’s been working for me lately and where you can find each:
Neutral-colored flats are perfect because they go with just about everything. I love them with skinny jeans, dresses, you name it. I got the pair below during the Nordstrom sale this year and they’ve been on heavy rotation! I think they are a pink-ish color but look more nude to me!

Cut out booties
Cut out booties are my new obsession. And, they are perfect for fall because you don’t have to wear socks with them! Suede is my go-to in a camel color!

To me, moccasins just scream fall. I wear mine all the time with jeans and most often, sweatpants – they literally feel like slippers!

Gotta love tennis shoes this time of year! I am really into Converse (pictured below) and Adidas right now because I have been able to dress them up and dress them down. Tennis shoes with a dress and a sweater is the perfect transitional outfit!
