gift guide: stocking stuffers for kids

stocking stuffers for kids

We open our stockings on Christmas Eve every year and have since I was a kid… I feel like it’s the start of Christmas! I always try to fill the kids’ stockings with things they actually need (not pictured: socks, underwear, and toothpaste always!) and a couple things they will find fun and exciting. See my picks below!

Surprise mermaid
Greylen loves LOL Surprise Dolls but I…do not. These are similar! They are surprise mermaids and they are all super cute.

Thomas train
Nixon loves (LOVES!) Thomas the train. These little motorized Thomas toys are great. He plays with them for hours.

Personalized letter crayons
These are so great and are perfect for little hands. Personalized gifts are so much fun and these are custom, so it’s a great option for uncommon names!

Space bath bombs
My kids love bath bombs (and space) so I was excited to find these. The box is obviously bigger than a stocking but you could always split them up.

Re-play cups and plates
These are our favorite cups and plates. They last forever and the cups don’t leak!

Multicultural markers and crayons
One of my favorite 2020 picks! My kids use these all the time.

Night light
This is fun and looks cute sitting out.

Sticker book
Nixon loves these and they really keep him occupied. This one is also a big time favorite.

I’m always asking Grey “did you bring your wallet?” when she asks for something at the store, ha. Now she can say yes. 🙂
